RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Womens Delight within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are respnsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Some products may require a 15% restocking charge which shall be paid by the customer. ( Intimate apparel is not available for refund.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders must be cancelled 48 hours before shipping to qulify for a refund.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise by cardholder, within 3 days of receipt of order. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship on weekends. Purchases may be dlivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
